Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are thin porcelain restorations that are fused to the front of teeth that create the image of a completely new tooth. When placed side-by-side on the teeth across the front of the mouth, an entire smile can be completely made over. Porcelain veneers provide the most dramatic approach a smile makeover. You may select the color you want your teeth to be, and even design the shape and size, creating a uniform, ideal appearance from ear to ear.

The treatment process: Once you decide traditional porcelain veneers are right for you, you’ll set a preparation appointment. We will adjust your teeth for veneer placement and get a mold of your whole mouth. In one or two weeks, your customized veneers will be ready for delivery. A quick return to our office is all you need, and our doctors will permanently bond each veneer to the appropriate tooth. Once we’re finished, you’ll walk out of the office with an entirely new smile!

Minimal-Prep Veneers

Minimal-prep veneers offer less tooth preparation which protects healthy tooth enamel and makes them completely reversible should you ever decide to have them removed. Minimal-prep veneers are made out of a semi-translucent resin material, giving a more naturally shaded appearance once they are bonded to your teeth. Teeth naturally have several different shades, ranging from one shade near the gumline to another shade closer to the biting edge. That natural gradation is preserved with minimal-prep veneers.

The treatment process: Patients who select minimal-prep veneers only need an impression to get started. From this impression, our lab fabricates a thin, durable, resin veneer that meets your size and color specifications. In one-to-two weeks, you’ll come for a quick visit during which we’ll bond the veneers directly to the surface of your un-prepped, conditioned teeth. The results are instant!

Composite Bonding

Composite bonding uses a tooth-colored filling material to reshape, repair, or cover a tooth so it looks healthy and natural. Each bonded area is carefully color-matched so it blends in with the rest of your tooth. Bonding is often used between gapped teeth or on the chipped edges of teeth in the front of the mouth. It’s one of the easiest ways to change your smile, only adjusting a few teeth in the process.

The treatment process: Having a tooth bonded is similar to getting a filling, but without the need for numbing. After selecting a shade, the area of the tooth that will be corrected is slightly adjusted and conditioned to promote maximum bonding with the restorative material. The bonding material is then placed onto the tooth, shaped into its desired form, then hardened with a curing light.

Teeth Whitening

Teeth naturally become darker over time, anything we eat or drink may affect the color of our enamel. Even medications can make our teeth darker than they ought to be. Smile whitening is a healthy way to remove years of stain, creating naturally whiter smiles for our patients. We offer two types of whitening services for you to choose from:

Venus Take Home Whitening Trays

Customized trays are professionally fitted so that the whitening solution stays right against your teeth, where it should be. Then, just take home the trays and wear them for 30-60 minutes once a day for 10-14 days. This system gives more significant results than all of the over-the-counter treatments, and it’s safer. Patients can continue touching up their whitening as needed, typically once or twice throughout the year. Gel refill kits are available.

Venus In Office Whitening

Our Venus In Office Whitening System is a safe and effective way to achieve that beautiful white smile you have always dreamed of.  This system requires no impressions or nightly applying of gels in trays to wear.  In a little under two hours you are in and out of our office with the results you were looking for.

GLO Whitening System

Get dramatic whitening results in under an hour with little to no sensitivity. The GLO amplifying mouthpiece with warming heat technology speeds up the whitening process for safe, clinically proven, professional whitening results. Then, you go home with the same award-winning device we use in the office, along with professional strength GLO whitening gel, so you can continue whitening at home for long lasting results.

Full-Mouth Restoration

Our full-mouth restoration approach allows our doctors to create a customized, tooth-by-tooth plan that not only restores the health and function to your smile, it recreates its beauty as well. Most of our full-mouth restoration patients have a combination of treatments such as porcelain crowns, bridges, implants, bonding, or tooth-colored fillings. We’ll enact your plan in phases based on your priorities and personal goals. Each patient’s care plan begins with a comprehensive smile evaluation, digital photographs, full-mouth digital x-rays, and a one-on-one consultation with one of our dentists.

Tooth Recontouring

Sometimes our teeth’s shape is what gives our smile a unique appearance. Recontouring is a treatment that involves smoothing, adjusting, or reshaping the teeth so that there is a more uniform appearance across the mouth. The technique is straightforward, comfortable, and can typically be finished in just one appointment.
