Dr. Dory Sellers
Dr. Dory Sellers is a graduate of Christian Brothers University and the University Of Tennessee College Of Dentistry where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. She serves on the Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital Foundation Associate Board, and as an officer for the Memphis Dental Society. In the past she has volunteered for the Mid-South Mission of Mercy and on the Christian Mobile Dental Clinic as part of the Bellevue Loves Memphis Program. Through these programs she was involved with addressing dental health care needs to target populations in the greater Memphis area.

In 2017, Dr. Sellers received the Favorite Award from the Commercial Appeal as a “Memphis Most” favorite in the category of Best Dentist. In her free time, she enjoys running and is a member of the Memphis Runners Track Club. She has completed 7 marathons, including the 2014 TCS New York City Marathon and numerous half marathons. One of her favorite races that she participates in yearly is the St. Jude Memphis Marathon/Half Marathon. Dory is also a member of USMC Fitness Bootcamp, an outdoor Marine Corps based fitness program. She is a self-proclaimed lover of athletics, and is an official corporate sponsor of the Memphis Tigers. Dory and her husband Greg have one child, Lucy Grace Gaston.
Our hygienist, KaShaundra “KK” Atkinson has been in the dental field for many years. She started out as a dental assistant in 2007 in her hometown of West Memphis, Arkansas. After working as an assistant for 5 years, she made the decision to pursue a career in dental hygiene. She attended Concord Career College in Memphis, Tennessee, and graduated with an associate’s degree in dental hygiene. Upon obtaining her license in January of 2012, KK moved to Nashville, Tennessee to work for a pediatric dental practice. After 3 years in Nashville, KK returned to Memphis and has been with us since her return. She is very passionate about her work and couldn’t be happier with her career choice.
In her free time, KK enjoys gardening, sewing, yoga, and is an Arkansas Razorbacks fan. She is happily married to her husband Cody, and has two boys, Caleb and Ty.
